Service Description
Cloud's DAP makes custom assets and handmade Magic: the Gathering cards, and further provides a custom graphic design service ("design service", "commission") allowing customers to personalize Magic: the Gathering cards. We also offer printing services with various finishes for these custom designs. Our services are subject to the following conditions and limitations:
- All custom designs must comply with copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe upon the rights of others.
- Cloud's DAP reserves the right to refuse service for any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of copyright laws.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your design requirements when requested.
- You are responsible for the legality and copyright compliance of the images and text you provide for your custom designs.

Order Process and Payment
- Orders must be placed through https://cloudsdap.com/ and its applicable pages following the instructions provided.
- Payment is required at the time of order. Cloud's DAP currently accepts most major credit cards.
- Prices, lead times, and shipping costs are specified on our website and may be subject to change.
Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our products, commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun.
- Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss a possible resolution.
Intellectual Property
- By using our services, you grant Cloud's DAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, print, modify, adapt, publish, display, and sell commissioned designs for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.
